Pours clear with a finger of off-white, thick foam. Head quickly disappears but there is some good lacing.
Aroma is of sweet malt, bread, caramel, slight nuttiness, and citrus hops. Nice blend for the nose.
The flavor starts out with sweet, caramel malt followed by a little nuttiness and bread. The end is all citrus hops. It is a blast of hops that finishes with some bitterness that quickly dissipates on the palate.
Medium carbonation and body, this beer seems to be a good brown ale with some hops for added flavor and aroma. They hit the style dead on.
A refreshing and crisp beer that is easily enjoyed on another beautiful summer day (in the shade for me). A beer that I could have many times in a sitting or enjoy a few to quench the thirst after work. Enjoy!
