Another Lagunitas beer with a big head that, in this case, was off-white and fluffy. Beer poured clear.
Big malt with some mild grapefruit hops scent. The malt is sweet caramel. There are some mild fruity esters.
Big sweet caramel malt up front on the taste. Finishing with grapefruit and some bitterness. A mildly carbonated beer with a medium beer. Complex.
Would enjoy another but not right after this one. The sweetness of the beer seems to coat the palate making it difficult for me to enjoy to many. Would like to taste this one on tap. Enjoy.
