  • Poured with a single finger of off-white foam. Retention wasn't bad. Some light lacing throughout. Ton of little white floaties. Almost like snow fall.

    Sweet caramel aromas mix well with the grapefruit and grassy hops aromas. Good smelling beer.

    Oh, yeah. Finishes very clean. A little bitterness after a few seconds. Starts with a bit of that sweet, caramel malt transitioning into the grapefruit and grassy hops from the aroma and finishes with a bit of malt again.

    Medium carbonation and body. A well balanced IPA that is a good thrist quencher, even on a not so hot day.

    This is my second beer from Central Waters and I am excited to seek out some more flavors. If you like IPAs, give this a try. Enjoy!
