  • Poured clear as a beautiful summer day with three fingers of white foam. Retention is minimal, quickly becoming just a thin layer. Lacing is minimal.

Aroma is tart cherries, oak, and some yeast. Not really what I expected by sticks closely to the style.

Taste of tart and sour fruit (probably cherries) with some oak flavors. Light to mild carbonation and body.

Complex and an interesting beer. The tartness makes this a tough one to have more than one but, strangely, it is crisp and refreshing. Enjoy!
