Poured cloudy with floaties into my favorite mason mug. More foam than most any beer I have had. Big bubbled, off-white, and as tall as a mountain. Good retention and lacing.
Aroma is big on fruits. Some minor spices, possibly due to the hops. Very minor sour and sweet malt.
Taste of sweet malt up front, followed by the fruit in the middle (pear and white grape), finishes with more sweetness, some spices, and slight touch of sour. Not sour like I expected it to finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Finishes slightly dry.
Carbonated and then some. Medium body. I could have a couple of these as I enjoyed.
Well balanced and a good drinker. At the right temperature, oh so good. Not the best Belgian I have had, but it is definitely a good one. Enjoy!
