Poured slightly hazy into my mason mug with lots 'o white, big bubbled, thick foam. Good retention as I had to wait to pour the rest of the bottle. Some quality lacing coming out of all that fluffy stuff too. Nice looking.
Aroma is a very nice Hef. Bananas, clove, yeast, and a note or two of sour apples. Right on! Wish I could type faster so that I could start drinking (just wasted time there and here).
Oh yeah, baby. Smooth drinking, great mix of flavors, and finishes like babies skin. The same sensations from the aroma carry over into the taste: clove (slight), banana, sweet, wheat, and yeast. Not much hops at all and finishes a tad dry - to style.
Medium carbonation and nice body combine to make this a crisp and easy drinking brew.
This beer didn't last: six sips, gone. One of the better Hefs I have had. I wish I had a six pack for this lonely Friday evening. Only grips is that it might be just a little bit watery but not enough to take away from an overall outstanding beer. Go get some. Enjoy!
