Farmhouse Vultures fermented in Journeyman Distillery Featherbone Gin Barrels. This is a blend of 6 barrel runs using 2 different saison yeast strains and a Brettanomyces strain. One is a custom hybrid saison strain from our friends at Omega Yeast Labs in Chicago.
