Pours with a chill haze, no longer allowing a look through the beer. An inch of white foam on top. It crackles as it quickly begins its' decent to oblivion. Some foam hangs out to leave behind some traces on the glass.
Aroma is a balance of bread and caramel malts mixed with floral, herbal and hints of citrus, deep in the background.
Taste and bread and caramel sweetness up front. Floral, herbal and spicy hop notes begin in the middle, building to the end. The finish allows bitterness, spice and a touch of citrus to linger. Spice and bitter are strongest. Pine is there as well.
Medium body with a spritzy carbonation. Somewhat crisp. Dries and tires the palate a bit
A solid beer. Nothing over the top but offers an intriguing, tasty beer. Enjoy!

Beer Notes
Citrusy, resinous and aromatic, ready yourself for bursts of caramel, incendiary tropical fruit notes and bright hits of grapefruit and pineapple, before a spiky bitter dry-hopped finish.
