Poured slight haze into a pint glass. Big white, frothy foam. Retention not that great for the amount of foam until it becomes just a thin layer on top of the beer.
Aroma has mild lemon and coriander. Big yeast back bone with some musty scents. Very light on the nose but pleasant.
Taste with just a shot of sweet malt up front changing quickly in the middle to yeast while finishing with some grain flavor with a little mild yeast aftertaste. No citrus notes from the nose detected. A little dry in the end.
Low carbonation and light body. Very light overall, almost watery.
A crisp and refreshing beer for summer days and nights. Definitely not a cold weather beer. A good starter beer for converting someone over to American craft beer. Enjoy!
