Pours with a couple of inches of pure white foam. Frothing as it recedes, it has good presence. Sticky lacing begins immediately. There are some micro-floaties.
Aroma is herbal. That's about it.
Taste is bland as well, outside of the herbalness that is in the aroma. Building bitterness that is old school.
Body is light, almost watery. Light end of medium body. Surprisingly doesn't dry the palate completely but there is a residual bitterness, not harsh, just lingering.
No date on bottle to get a sense of age. Reading reviews on other sites leads me to believe this is well past form. I can only rate the beer I have before me. I wouldn't have this beer again as there wasn't much in its current state to bring me back again.Enjoy.

Beer Notes
No corners are cut to brew our World Beer Cup champion Norm's Raggedy Ass IPA. The key is in the giant, wonderful combination of piney, citrusy, and fruity hops with a surprisingly low malt profile. In other words, this is a powerhouse beer but it won't make you drowsy. You'll probably just want to order another pint.
