Had on tap with Rich and Chuck at Jimmy’s in Naperville.
Pours with slightly cloudy with pure white foam. Solid retention since the tap pour tries to eliminate. Sporadic but thick, coating lacing.
Aroma of tropical fruits with ample sweetness. Sweetness is more towards pure sweet; not caramel, toffee, etc. Definitely light. Maybe the tulip glass doesn’t do it justice.
Taste is sweetness that lasts, lingering into the finish. Tropical fruit notes are awesome. Clean. Minimal bitterness.
Maybe medium body but light carbonation. Somewhat dry.
Does Stone make a bad beer. I don’t think their normal beers are crazy good but they are well above average. A great beer to shoot the shot and hang out with friends. Enjoy.
