Pint glass
Turkey, roasted duck, lamb, stuffing, dessert dumplings
Poured clear with a finger of off-white foam. Typically the foam didn't have much retention or lacing.
Aroma has pumpkin, spice, and malt. The high alcohol really is hard to find but the balance in the aroma is nice.
The taste is sweet malt, pumpkin (which isn't over down but shows nicely), and spice (nutmeg and cinnamon). Once again a good balance.
Medium carbonation and body.
One of the better pumpkin beers in terms of tasting the pumpkin. The spice is subdued yet apparent. The alcohol has little presence bet does let you know about it. Clean and crisp. Enjoy!
