Chinook, Cascade
Poured cloudy with some floaties. Nice big white, frothy head. Great retention with minor splotchy lacing.
Aroma has citrus hops. Sweet and tart scents. Fruitiness tones are there also.
The citrus hops takes the forefront while there is some sweet and a bitter, funk after taste. Somewhat dry on the finish, minor tart too. The combination brings a "smacking" of the lips feeling.
Almost no carbonation with a light body. A crisp beer.
Sort of a bland beer. It is drinkable but just seems a little unbalanced and not put together well. There are many other APAs that I would have before this one. Enjoy!
