Cascade, Centennial
Poured clear with a tan, frothy foam. Glorious retention with some quality blotchy lacing.
Aroma dough, toasted, and caramel malt, dark fruits, and a hint of citrus and floral hops.
Taste of toasted and caramel malt. The middle has hop flavor of citrus and floral. Finishes with some lingering hops and dried fruit. Little bit of hop bitterness in the after taste. A bit of dryness.
Low carbonation and medium mouth feel.
An interesting take on the style and completely drinkable. The ABV is in the range of sessioning and I think I might be able to do it. Enjoy!
