Poured clear with a tan, frothy, sticky, one inch foam. Nice retention with a sticky foam staying on the glass throughout.
Aroma of caramel and roasted malts. A dark fruit is in there too, not sure of the type.
Taste is of similar malt: caramel and roasted with the caramel giving some sweetness. Dark fruit is slightly there. Finishes weakly with a metallic after taste. Not that appealing.
The body is a bit thin with medium carbonation.
Not that appealing of beer for me. There is a delicate balance here but I don't think it is 50/50 as there is more malt and barely any hops presence. Too light for me. Enjoy!
