Poured with a huge, big bubbled, white foam as is expected by all of their beers. As the foam recedes it become almost meringue like leaving sticky webbing throughout.
The usual funk of a Jolly Pumpkin beer is there along with the sourness but this one has a nice sweet, fruitiness to balance.
The taste has a nice, yet not over powering sourness that is twisted together with floral and funk flavors. Has a nice light finish.
Big carbonation with a light body that is well placed on this beer. Mouth dries on the finish.
This might be my favorite beer by Jolly Pumpkin as it is so well balanced but yet the sourness takes a nice roll without punching me in the taste buds every time I drink. Enjoy!
