2-Row Malt, Vienna, Rye, Wheat, Flaked Oats, Acidulated
Super Styrian, East Kent Golding, Hallertau Hersbrucker
Poured hazy with a big white, bubbly foam. Low retention and not much lacing.
Aroma of tart, spice, yeast, and a touch of funk.
Taste is slightly sweet at first with spice, tart, and funk coming through in the finish. Strangely it sort of ends abruptly.
Medium body and medium carbonation make it feel about right in the mouth.
A good farm house ale but I found a little bit of a strange finish to the taste that left me not completely getting over the hump. Nevertheless I would have it again. Enjoy!
