Poured slightly cloudy into a pint glass. Nice, inviting, huge, white foam that was a little frothy and became more as it receded. Nice sticky lacing, clung to the glass for life.
Aroma is sweet with a big citrus with a slightly spiced hop aroma. Citrus is really big and nice. Some alcohol on the nose too.
Taste is sweet up front with some a tropical fruitiness ending with citrus and slightly spiced hops. Bitterness is minimal as the beer almost sweet with an alcohol twinge on the way down.
Medium body with a good amount of carbonation. Some oily teeth in the mouth.
A really drinkable DIPA that doesn't have any of the harsh bitterness that some can and do have. The alcohol makes it tough to session but this is some awesome stuff. Enjoy!
