  • This is a seasonal beer in which the brewery always seems to have four or five on tap. Once the small batch is gone, so is the beer for that season. So a bi-monthly visit to the brewery should yield several different beers to try.

This is a definite Hefeweizen beer. All the usual suspects are there: cloudy, unfiltered appearance due to the yeast, a flavor that is full of clove w/ a hint of spiciness and a slight hop finish. I would say the clove is a little over powering. The aroma has the usual citrus scents w/ a hint of clove.
