Poured cloudy with two inches of off-white, slightly frothy foam. Good retention with nice, sticky, web like lacing.
Aroma is awesome hops. Pine and citrus hops smack your nostrils with their goodness while floral notes are on the back side. There is a pleasant sweetness that bounces around for balance.
Taste is a comfortable infusion of pine with grapefruit and floral having a side job. The sweetness is there once again for balance. Floral is in the finish, not bitter, but also aroma lingers. Awesome.
Medium carbonation with similar carbonation.
This is a very drinkable beer. The balance is almost hard to believe until you try it. One of the better ipas I have had the pleasure of tasting. Enjoy!
"Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than selfish and worry about my liver.'" - Jack Handy
