  • Pours very clear with a small amount of large bubbled, white foam. Retention is fleeting and lacing is nonexistent.

Aroma is slight but pleasant. Orange, sweet, and yeast are the most dominant. Believe there is some honey while the spice is hard to detect.

Taste follows from the aroma in terms of being light on the palate. Sweet, yeast, floral, and honey (especially in the finish) all take part. No bitterness with the hops being mild at best.

Medium body might be a little zealous while the carbonation is light to heavy-light.

Drank after the date on the bottle, so maybe a little old, yet still a refreshing, crisp beer that you could have several of in a sitting. Being from Mississippi I can understand the "lightness" to the beer. Enjoy!
