Pours slightly cloudy with a single finger of white foam. Retention is average while the lacing is splotchy and short lived.
Aroma of clove is the strongest. Banana and wheat are minor players. Overall light on the nose. Other spices are minor notes.
Taste is slightly sweet up front with malt. Wheat, banana, and clove come in from the middle with the banana and clove strengthening through to the finish. Similar after taste.
Light body with a medium carbonation. Crisp and refreshing.
Goes down fairly easily and is a decent representation of the style. Just a little light on the sniffer while the balance of the clove and banana seems a bit off. Enjoy!

Quicky: Can't miss the aroma of a Hefe, this one's banana with clove. Full rich taste, that's ever so slightly sweet was a surprise. With more sips the a citrus profile emerged. I dislike overblown Hefe's, and this is not one of those. With just a little more character this could be a great example of the style, as it stands now it is a good one.
