Poured cloudy with a full inch of of white foam. Retention was average at best. There is some lacing that was sheeting but not too sticky.
Aroma was sweet, doughy malt. Belgian yeast is there are a good part of the aroma. There is a pleasant lemony scent that adds a layer.
Taste follows the nose. There is the Belgian yeast, sweet, doughy malt, and some lemony freshness. In spite of the high alcohol, it is crisp, clean, and very drinkable.
Light end of medium body. Medium carbonation.
Even though the beer is big on alcohol, there wasn't much noticeable. A nice drinking beer that I would drink again. Enjoy!
