Beef and spicy dishes
Poured clear with a pure white, half-inch of foam. Good retention with a nice web like, sticky lacing.
Aroma of floral hops with a backup of citrus hops. Sweet and bread/cereal malt form a nice base.
Taste has nice, pleasant malt flavors (cereal mainly) upon which floral hops spreads a nice blanket of flavor and bitterness.
A light, possibly medium body with crisp, clean, ample carbonation to support a bit of hop oils.
The sweet and bitter from the malt and hops is extremely well balanced with neither really dominating but, rather, contributing to a very drinkable beer. Probably a good transition beer for your macro friends. Enjoy!
