I'd be understanding the complexity to say this brew is, thick sweet malt balanced by huge West Coast hops. The seductiveness of the rich caramel malt with a perfectly matched hop profile results in northern tree fruit sweetness, and a assertive but not overbearing citrusy, fruit hop bite, and when mixed with the adulterous alcohol sting results in a almost barley/port winey experience. This is a big ingredent brew as evidenced by the dark, thick yeasty soup at the bottom of the bomber bottle. I'd be ready for a shark attack after a few pints of this brew....bring it on! And I mean that a most positive way/experience.
