Pours hazy with a nice, frothy, virgin white, inch plus foam. Retention is below average. Lacing is minor.
Aroma is gentle and fresh. Lemony, some wheat, and a bit of pepper spice.
Taste follows. Light, easy on the palate. Lemon grass, wheat and a bit of spice come through.
Light bodied beer with light carbonation.
Refreshing and fun to drink. The least bit of thirst is easily quenched. My first Upland beer of several more over the next few days. Good way to start. Enjoy!
