Pours clear with about a half glass of pristine, white, big bubbled foam protecting the liquid below. Retention is fairly good with the top becoming just a bit thick. Lacing is spotty at best.
Aroma is wheat and grassy/lemony/spice hops. Not big on the sniffer at all.
Taste is light. Wheat and the same hop profile with a bit of spice hops lingering in the finish to give a touch of a bitter bite that tries to add some complexity to the beer.
Very lightly carbonated with a light body.
A solid beer that is refreshing and crisp. Good for those damn humid days in Chicagoland this time of the year (today is one). I would have it again but I would try to keep it during the warmer months. Enjoy!
