Alright a beer that has ginger in its' name is a little suspect up front. Other beers from Left Hand have been enjoyable, so not too much to expect the same from this one.
Beer pours with a finger of white foam. There is some lacing but almost no retention. Definite light ginger on the nose - not strong but subtly over whelming. There was a hint of malt too. Not really much else going on.
The flavor caries the ginger taste. A hint of pale malts, finishing with some mild bitterness. A light beer that doesn't seem to have anything fantastic really going on. It goes down fairly easy and is refreshing.
