  • Pours clear with a nice couple inch, snow white foam. Foam becomes thick and frothy during its long recession. Lacing is spotty, sticky, and at times thick.

Aroma is slight with pilsner malt and some fruity, lemony hops.

Taste is sweet malt flavors with a finish that is floral and somewhat lemon grass in the finish. There is a bitterness to the end.

A light body with about the same carbonation. Maybe just a quick jab of prickliness on the lips to began then not much.

A definite summer beer that several could be had at once. Maybe it isn't my favorite style or the favorite beer in the style, but I would look for something else on a hot day. Enjoy!
