  • Pours slightly cloudy with some floaties. There is a nice white, meringue foam that doesn't have much retention. Lacing is a bunch of loosely packed bubbles.

Aroma is a typical splash of Belgian yeast and spice. There is a level of fruit sweetness but couldn't find any alcohol. Sort of light on the nose overall but just slightly.

Taste is fruity sweetness with Belgian yeast, spice, banana, and some clove. Alcohol is well hidden.

At least medium mouth feel with quite a bit of prickly carbonation. The amount of bubbles in the pour was huge.

Hits the mark of the style and hides the alcohol perfectly. Crisp and clean for such a big beer, making it deceivingly easy to drink. I wouldn't mind finding another example so that I could age it. Enjoy!
