Poured clear with a light, white, whispy foam. Retention was average, if lucky, but about what is to be expected from the type of foam. Lacing wasn't in the picture.
Aroma is light with honey, wheat, and pale malt. The scent finishes with hints of herbal/spice hops.
Taste is pretty much what I expected. Sweet and dry with a good taste of honey:reminds me of honeycomb. A pleasant hop finish puts a good end to a refreshing beer.
Very light body with about a medium carbonation - maybe a little less but well done for the beer.
A nice selection when you are sweaty from the hot, humid summertime days and sun. Not something to jump on year round as the honey seems over done and I really like honey. Enjoy!
"Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than selfish and worry about my liver.'" - Jack Handy
