  • Poured straight down the center of my favorite mason jar drinking glass. Had four fingers of fluffy off-white foam, with medium retention, and good lacing throughout the drink.

The aroma was sweet caramel malt. It isn't a strong scent but the strongest here. There are some other aromas mixed in there but I had hard time making them out. Some alcohol was in there, maybe even some type of berries - this is for lack of the ability to figure it out. Sorry.

The flavor beginning and middle is filled with the sweet malt from the aroma. The beer finishes with some slight bitterness and even a little hint of alcohol.

The beer is crisp, refreshing, and on the light side of carbonation. Depending on your taste, you might call it medium carbonation.

Finished mowing the grass, so there was some sweat on my brow and a definite thirst in my stomach, making this one easy to drink. You could easily have several of these followed by several more but, because it isn't the best beer out there, you would probably switch to something else. Enjoy!
