  • Poured into my pint glass: had to pour twice and let the first die down some. The retention is on low end of medium, while there is a medium amount of lacing.

The aroma is the standard that you expect from a Hefe: clove and some follow up with banana and wheat. The flavor is on the light side, but it starts off with some sweetness and banana, followed by a transition in which it ends with a soft wheat flavor.

Medium amount of carbonation and mouth feel. They do a good job of balancing this beer. Very subtle aromas and flavor. Some might say that it is too light of a Hefe to be a good one. But, I could drink this one anytime in quantity and still be looking for more. Enjoy!
