The beer pours and looks brown but when held up to the light it is actually a dark amber color and clear. Half inch of off-white foam with little retention and lacing.
Loads of maltiness here: aroma is sweet, caramel, and cereal malt. A very nice mixture and delicious on the nose.
Has tastes of caramel, toffee, and roasted malted. There is also some smoke and nuttiness. Very smooth finishes with little after taste, making for one quality sip after another. Slight piney hops near the end but only enough to show its head and quickly hide.
Medium amount of carbonation and body. A delicious beer that is very refreshing. This is really easy to enjoy and drink many. Enjoy!
