  • Color: Straw
  • Poured clear with quarter-inch of fluffy, white foam. No retention or lacing detected.

Aroma has wheat right up front, followed by coriander. Lemon or orange zest is faintly represented also.

Taste follows directly from the nose: starts with lots of wheat, followed by coriander and citrus. Leaves a little coriander/wheat after taste.

A lot of carbonation and medium mouth feel. This beer is crisp and inviting. An easy drinker. A really good representation of the style. Enjoy!
