  • Poured clear with a half-finger of white foam. Little retention and no lacing.

Plenty of aroma here. Sweet malt with fruity esters (banana for sure) and some spice. Specific spices I picked up: clove and pepper.

The flavor is sweet but finishes a little dry (could be that the two beers before this were really dry). Banana, sweet malt, clove, and pepper all follow from the aroma at a certain part of the taste.

Medium carbonation and body. Crisp and refreshing, first beer of the day I have enjoyed.

This is a beer you could have several of but be careful of the high alcohol content unless you are drinking it in your backyard with your feet in the water with no cares in the world. Enjoy!
