Poured clear with three fingers of tightly packed, white foam. Foam lasted a few minutes until it became a thin coating on the top of the beer. Lacing was mainly at the beginning where the beer receded from its' original pour.
Aroma has sweet malt and citrus and floral hops. A very soft, enjoyable scent. The citrus and floral notes are evenly balanced.
Taste starts with the sweet malt and finishes with citrus and floral notes. Really well balanced leaving with a short burst of bitterness before fading away.
Light bodies and carbonated. Some might say watery but with the big double and imperial IPAs that people are enjoying these days, any "normal" IPA would seem watery.
Wow, this is really easy to enjoy. And I did. Great balance throughout. One IPA that you should try if you enjoy the style. Heck, even if you don't and just like good beers of any style, pick several or more up. Enjoy!
