  • Poured clear into my mason mug with two fingers of fluffy, white foam. Retention was minimal as the foam quickly became just a thin layer at the top of my beer. Retention wasn't much either.

Aroma is of yeast, spices (pepper and coriander), grassy, and some mild fruit notes. Mild overall aroma but complex.

Pepper and coriander spices up front, followed by grassy malt and fruit flavors, finishes with yeast and the spices. The spices carry throughout but are most noted at the beginning and end. Slight yeast, fruit, and spice after taste.

Light carbonation and body that blend well with all the complex flavors.

Something different that was enjoyable. I was more than surprised as this had been sitting in the fridge for a while as I reviewed beers I thought would be more enjoyable. In the future this will move towards the front. Enjoy!
