Poured cloudy with a whole bunch of little floaties. Had a huge white, big bubbled foam with low retention for the amount of head. No lacing.
Aroma was full of spices: juniper, ginger, and clove. There was sweetness too.
Taste started off sweet and quickly changed to a blast of different spices: ginger, clove, juniper, etc. No evidence of the alcohol throughout the drink.
Low carbonation and body. Crisp and refreshing.
Smooth and easy drinking without any sense of the high alcohol except in the tingling of your toes. If they toes weren't tingling, I would have more. Enjoy!
"Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than selfish and worry about my liver.'" - Jack Handy
