  • Pours opaque with nearly a half each of deep tan, close to mocha colored, foam. Foam is gone quickly. Ring that is left leaves some juicy lacing the quickly retreats.

Aroma of dark but sweet chocolate, thoughts of a brownie with chocolate chips. Roast and char add delicate complexity. Creamy. Nice.

Taste is less than desired. The character of the aroma is blended rather than complex. Maybe this is skill but bigger hopes. Everything is light: chocolate, roast, char and sweat.

Mouth is a reach at medium, especially in the finish, a bit bigger up front. Light carbonation. Light sweet finish.

Not creamy like the nose suggested, giving way to lighter than expected body. The aroma is fantastic, but the taste falls done a bit as it is muddled, nothing is distinct in order to add character. Enjoy!

Beer Notes
  • MORE THAN A STOUT. In addition to roasted barley used for deep, delicious flavors in all stouts, our lucious Milk Stout includes lactose, or milk sugar, for a velvety, medium body, and luxurious finish. Enjoy flavors of cocoa berries and dark chocolate covered espresso beans.
