Pours brilliantly clear. Huge, pure white foam. Retention is nice. Thick lacing that recedes, leaving partial thick rings.
Aroma of light cracker mingles with subtle sweet and brett. Brett is bright, pleasant. Touch of Belgian yeast.
Taste has back end fruitiness. Belgian yeast, brett and cracker sweetness merge nicely.
Medium body. Effervescent. Small bubbles create a pleasant and ample carbonation. Bone dry.
A very light and subtle beer. It is complex but simple, almost too simple. Not an easy beer to throw together but one that I could not totally appreciate either. Enjoy!
