Slim amount of dark tan covers the glass, running away quickly. Patchy, sporadic lacing.

Aroma big chocolate and sweetness from the milk sugar. Peanut butter shows up late as the beverage warms. Scents of roast are a reach.

Taste is sweet up front. The middle brings a chocolate and peanut butter medley that dance on the taste buds. Finishes with a lingering sweetness and hints of peanut butter and chocolate.

Thick body but not viscous. Despite the low carbonation on the pour, there is plenty on the tongue and cheek. Warms the stomach late.

This is a solid pastry beer. There is good balance. There still lingering sweetness that grabs and holds on over time but is not cloying. The sweetness and the perception of body is probalby the only thing that I is a bit over the top. Enjoy!
