  • Poured from a can that was purchased from Andy. Date on can: 07/24/20.

Pours cloudy with a few inches of white foam. Great retention which is bolstered by a frothing top that leaves sticky lacing all around.

Aroma of sweet peach and orange. The orange is the most prevalent of on the nose.

Taste is sweet throughout, which lingers some. Orange and peach mostly Not much else. There is a residual bitterness that builds with each sip but never over the top. That bitterness carries some herbal notes with it.

Medium body, possibly lighter. Crisp, medium carbonation that lingers. Juicy up front, then dries with a linger of herbal/orange.

The nose was lighter than expected and less complex: straight forward and simple but nothing out of the ordinary. The beer is easy to drink but, at three weeks old, has it fallen off? I would have this beer again but there is plenty of local NEIPAs that I would have before this one again. Enjoy!

Beer Notes
  • Haze is our Double IPA! We smell a ton of peach on the nose, with complementary notes of orange, mango, and passionfruit. The flavor is similar with a blast of citrus fruit & peach nectar quickly followed by a bounty of tropical fruit. A lingering and pleasant saturated hop oil finish awaits. Haze is the distillation of years of focused hands on brewing endeavor at Tree House... It is an unfiltered and intensely kettle and dry hopped Tree House Double IPA - a real juice bomb of a beer and one that gets better and better as you work your way through the glass.
