    Pours opaque with an inch of rich, dark mocha foam to cover. Foam quickly recedes. No lacing.

    Aroma is dark brown sugar richness. Bourbon, leather, and tobacco.

    Taste is rough around the edges. Alcohol is right up front and throughout. It is joined by brunt ash and smoke in the finish. The alcohol continues to burn down the throat.

    Light end of big body, maybe seeping into medium body. Light to medium carbonation.

    The aroma is very narrow with the taste jumping on top. The alcohol is relentless and unforgiving. Put that together with the over a $1.00/ounce price and this beer is poor. There are so many other bourbon barrel aged beers that blow this one apart. I would not have it again. Enjoy!
