    Pours opaque with a half inch of mocha brown, creamy foam that covers. Froths as it recedes leaving thick lacing behind to reminisce.

    Aroma is straight up chocolate cake goodness. Pecan, almond and/or walnut twerks the nose. Roasted, caramel coconut.

    Taste is chocolate cake richness that is balanced by roasted coconut with a brown sugar, almost German chocolate cake finish. Some alcohol burn but the flavors jump out. Sweet German chocolate and alcohol linger.

    Thick, creamy body is accented by an above average carbonation. Sweet residual gives way to dry, alcohol burn.

    This beer is fantastic. There is an alcohol burn that hangs around, taking from the finish; my only complaint. I would definitely have this one again. My first beer from Short Throw Brewing, hopefully not my last. Enjoy!
