  • Color: Straw
  • Poured clear with a huge, fluffy, frothy white foam. Retention is okay at best for the amount of foam with some blotchy lacing.

Aroma is mainly full of some spices (possibly pepper) with a slight tart scent. There might have been more (I am sure there was) but that is all I really could pick out and name).

Taste has the same spice(s) as the main attraction. There is also some sweet up front with a minor tartness near the end.

Medium carbonation and light body that finishes dry, possibly with some oakiness.

A good representation of the style (thank you Ed) but nothing that knocks your socks off. I split the beer between six of us and that was enough for me in one sitting. Enjoy!
