Poured with a slight haze into my mason mug. Some white foam that dissipated to a thin white layer on the straw liquid. Lacing really doesn't exist.
Aroma is yeast, honey, light malt, floral, and even a hint of spice.
Taste is a bit thin. Sweet malt, honey, with a touch of yeast. There is a slight floral presence that doesn't last long and quickly gets engulfed by the malt. No after taste or hop bitterness to speak of.
Light body with a complimentary carbonation that does dry out a touch in the end.
An above average beer that would go great during the hot, humid summer months; especially after doing some type of physical activity. This is a blonde ale, so it isn't a huge beer, that's the style. It is refreshing, crisp, and light. Enjoy!
