Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-04-01. Date on can of 2021-03-30. Pours crystal clear as a Pilsner should. Pure white loosely packed foam covers. Fleeting. No lacing. Aroma of citrus: lemon and lime. Herbal, probably more weed like, maybe even leather. Some spice. Lager yeast. No grain: cracker or otherwise. Taste has the early lemon that is thwarted by weed in the middle. Giving way to a spice that lingers, possibly a bit more abrupt than a normal Pilsner. Light body, mayb...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2020-04-01. No date on can. I hope it is fresh. Picked up because I like the can art more than anything. Pours with a chill haze. Huge, billowing, pristine white foam covers. Good retention, leaving wispy lacing behind. Some effervescence. Aroma of lager yeast, herbal, floral, and hints of earthiness. Fits the style. Taste is bread, herbal, spice, and hints of floral. Bigger end of light body with medium carbonation that spritzes the edges of the ...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-03-04. Date on can of 2021-02-17. Pours cloudy with a beautiful white plume of foam. Good retention with lacing reminiscent of a saison. Aroma is citrus forward. More lime than anything for me. Some orange. Taste is very thin. Sweet orange and lime without much fanfare. Very light body that the carbonation doesn't pick up. Dry. Ho-hum. Nothing here that makes this blast off. Thin and single dimension. They make better. I would not have thi...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-03-04. No date on can. Pours cloudy with an inch of white foam on top. Great retention. Spider web, sticky lacing begins immediately. Aroma/Taste there isn't much there that is distinct nor makes me believe I am partaking of a beverage that is leaning towards wine. Age? There isn't nothing wrong with the aroma or taste but nothing distinguishes them either. It has the case of the blahs which it transfers to me as well. Medium body, maybe more; s...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-03-04. Date on can of 2021-02-17. Pours clear with a huge white foam brought on by a vigorous pour. Fleeting head. Aroma is definitely on the hop end. Big citrus: orange, grapefruit, lime, with pine. Lager yeast is way in the background. Hints of caramel. Taste is a mix of caramel and bread with orange, lime and huge late pine. The pine lingers and befriend the yeast in the finish. Creating a dry bitterness that builds and lingers without takin...read more

Poured from a can purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-03-04. Date on can of 2020-03-02. Pours cloudy with a huge white foam that covers. Great retention with sticky lacing. Aroma is bountiful: grapefruit, pine, mango, and orange. Hints of passion fruit and white grape. Taste isn't as plentiful as the aroma. More pine with mango and traces of orange, grapefruit. White grape comes in late and lingers with minimal alcohol burn, including some green hop bitterness. Medium body, possib...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe. Date on can of 2021-02-08. Going to start this off by saying this is just over a month old which really changes a NEIPA. We shall see. Pours cloudy with a nice white, creamy foam. Good retention. Lacing coats all the way. Aroma has sweet bread crust with hints of biscuit. Hops is subdued, especially to let that mealtimes shine. Catty, dank and cannabis. Not much fruit. Taste follows the nose. There is a sweet, biscuity sweetness that lingers. Medium b...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe. No date on can. I hope it is fresh. Pours cloudy with a finger of white foam. Meanders back to level but minimal lacing. Aroma of sweet and ripe tropical fruits. Sweet. Peach. Taste is sweet peaches. The sweetness really steps up though. Medium body with huge carbonation. Dry finish that burns the throat, lingering. Combination of the ABV, carbonation, and bitterness. The burn/bitterness from this beer is bit much for me. The hop profile is peach...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-02-11. No date on can. Assuming it was purchased fresh. Pours clear but opaque with a half-glass of tan, frothy foam. Great retention but only sporadic lacing. Aroma of chocolate, dark caramel; leaning towards toffee. Nutty with only hints of roast. Taste isn't as adventurous as the nose. Chocolate is there but subdued more toffee, nutty, and hinted roast. Finish fights off ashiness. Light end of medium body but that is helped by a huge carbona...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-02-11. Date on can of 2021-02-02. Pours cloudy with a finger of white foam. Thick, sheeting lacing begins as the foam meanders back to liquid level. Aroma is ripe tropical fruit and peaches. Herbal, green and resin on the backend. Sweet. Taste is very sweet that lingers. The hops are mango, peach, and herbal, once again late, similar to the aroma. There is an alcohol warmth in the finish that lingers as well. Butterscotch? Light end of big bod...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-02-11. Date on can of 2021-05-31 for a best by date. Please, please don't put that type of date on it. Put the date it was canned and let me make up my mind when I think it is still good. Pours cloudy for a Saison but may just be a chill haze. An inch of pure white foam that covers. Large, softly packed bubbles go away quickly. Frothy as it recedes, leaving sporadic lacing. Aroma is herbal, spice, and floral. Light malty aroma that is simple wit...read more

Purchased at Flight Bottle Shoppe on 2021-02-11. Date on can of 2021-02-02. Pour is about a beautiful as a NEIPA can get in the glass. Cloudy with a finger-and-a-half of white foam. Frothy thick and almost creamy. Great staying power leaving a thick, sticky lacing behind. Aroma is dank, mango, and pineapple. The dank, resinous mango is definitely big but not huge or intrusive. Taste is a bit strange in the middle. The carbonation and strong orange marmalade attack, creating a difficult ...read more
