American Ales: American IPA - Imperial New England (INEIPA)
Fruity and tropical accentuated by the yeast esters. Malt character limited and neutral - toast, wheat or honey cereal character. Mouth meal is soft, silky, chewy that is more full bodied - commonly linked to oatmeal stout because of the use of flaked malts. Finishes wet and juicy. Moderate bitterness. Same as a NEIPA but with more ABV.
