Flipside Brewing Company

Went back a week later to meet with a friend before a work function. We decided we would have a beer and try their smash burgers that I heard all about a week earlier. The burgers didn't let me down. They were solid - good size and juicy - but a bit greasy. I don't eat a ton of red meat for that reason. Still tasty. Fries had a nice crunch to them and didn't come across oily. I don't like when a place gives me a container of ketchup to dip my fries. Don't limit my indulgence; give me the bottle! This write up is more about the bathrooms and service. Bathrooms are filthy. Black looking mold caked where the floor and wall meet. The service was maybe average. Both servers were blunt, dry, and really wanted nothing to do with us. I don't like when a shift changes that I have to close out. Last time I left when it happened because I did't like it. This time it will drive me away to not visit again, that's how much I don't like it. Oh, and because the staff wasn't attentive and listening well, they poured a beer for me that I didn't order. They seemed perturbed. Instead of offering it to me gave it to the next guy that walked by. Really? After this experience I will not go back again. The other beers I had were average but the service didn't impress me this time but left me wanting. Enjoy!
